A lot of us have flat feet. Sometimes this will cause no hassles at all but many times it can cause a lot of problems with knees, hips, back and even the neck.

Sharp pain at the arch of the foot/heel. Painful with walking but will usually ease off. First steps in the morning is very painful generally. Painful to weightbear especially after prolonged sitting/rest.
