Regular Service - Keep Away those Pains

I get asked fairly often “How often should I be getting a sports massage?”
The simple and short answer is every 4 – 6 weeks.
We all have very busy lives. Maybe we stand or sit all day in work. Maybe we have a very manual job or perhaps we do a lot of sports or exercise.
A regular sports massage is very useful for those of us who have old injuries that seem to keep giving us bother from time to time like lower back pain or tension headaches.
As time goes on, the stresses on our body and muscles build up and without knowing we get tight and sore points. It’s only until you get a good sports massage in which you realise how much is actually wrong.
If we get a regular service as I call whether that’s on your back or full body, it helps to keep these muscles loose and back to there best. This in turns helps to keep pains and injuries at bay.
