Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis

What is it?

Basically it’s inflammation of the plantar fascia on the underside of the foot.

Symptoms: –

Sharp pain at the arch of the foot/heel.
Painful with walking but will usually ease off.
First steps in the morning is very painful generally.
Painful to weightbear especially after prolonged sitting/rest.

Treatment: –

Personally I have done most treatments and given many various exercises from a ball under the foot to stretching the calf etc.
Some got good relief, others none at all.
There was no consistency in the results from conventional methods which frustrated me. I did find a better option though………

We need to find the cause of the inflammation in the plantar fascia. Why is it so angry? I found the problem is rarely the plantar fascia!!

Using the Neurokinetic protocol (NKT) which I incorporate into my practice, there is generally a weakness somewhere in the system caused by an overworking element. When we find these links, many patients found a 90% decrease in the pain within two/three sessions.

To be assessed and treated by myself (Philip Anderson) at Andersons Injury Clinic, LIMAVADY, Co. L’Derry, Northern Ireland (NI), call me on 028 777 67272
